Lyft plans to launch IPO next month

Driving service Lyft is planning to beat Uber to the punch of launching an IPO. At the end of last year, both companies filed the necessary paperwork around the same time. Should Lyft go public on March 18 as planned, it would be the only ride-hailing company on Wall Street.
